fantastic again! I love the design and colour. She's got the feel of that woman from monsters inc. (who was apparently based on a real employee at pixar) Surely not all authority-esque women in this bussiness look like that!
great expression. she's fed up all right. the rest of your work is beautiful as well. i have no idea how you do these paintings but they're amazing. i'll be back.
Thanks guys - I think I may have miscommunicated something though - this isn't actually my supervisor. It's just a random sketch. She knew it wasn't a drawing of her, but was just slightly caught off-guard when I said it was. I quickly let her know it was a joke, and she's cool so she ended up laughing.
Hey Marco , I´m glad to see your blog , Im think it´s awesome , your style remember the Don Seegmiller , the colours and lights are great , congratulations dude!
Thanks again guys! Alina - the sketchbook rings are actually from the scan of the line drawing. I thought they looked cool for some reason, so I just left them in! This was painted in photoshop and painter.
She reminds me of my last DMV visit. Like molded bread and depressing memories all in one being. Her expression is perfect, i wouldnt hold a conversation with her though.

I don't see why your supervisor wouldn't like this, it's a gorgeous piece! ok fine maybe not directed at a lady though :)
Nice one, man. Her attitude sells it. DMV worker? Study hall monitor? I know I've seen her many times before. I recognize that look on her face.
great stuff!. . . the expression and posture bring it to life. nice work!
