Hey Danny - I start with blobs of color/value that I eventually model into what I want. I seem to do that more and more, and line drawing less and less these days.
I was just recently introduced to your blog. I watched the 10 minute painting fundamental video with the two spheres and I feel like I owe you some money...lol Thanks man I learned a ton.
