Hey Justin, While both are good, I prefer Autodesk Sketchbook Mobile to Colors in nearly every way. Sketchbook mobile has more brush options, undo, layers, a great zoom tool, and a nice colour sampler. I also prefer the iTouch screen to the DS screen. Colors really was a bare-bones app. I do miss the playback option though.
